WELCOME

to MCC in Glasgow

We are an inclusive church

founded in and reaching beyond

the LGBT+ communities

Welcome to the Metropolitan Community Church in Glasgow.

We are an inclusive church founded by queer people of faith in Glasgow.  We are part of an international

Christian denomination, UFMCC, founded in and reaching beyond the LGBT+ communities.

We are a church full of imperfect people; seeking, questioning and exploring what it means to be a faith community. Some of us get dressed up, some of us have tattoos, some of us can quote the Bible, most of us can’t.

We are a community of people with different opinions, life experiences and backgrounds and there is always room for more.

You matter to God and you matter to us and you are welcome in MCC in Glasgow.

We meet every Sunday, 3pm at Shawlands URC, 111 Moss-Side Road, Glasgow, G41 3TP.

We are now back to in-person worship!

Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic we have been meeting on Facebook for worship and on Zoom for fellowship and study.  We are really excited to be back to in-person worship with regular meet ups staying on Zoom.
