Welcome to the Metropolitan Community Church in Glasgow.
We are an inclusive church founded by queer people of faith in Glasgow. We are part of an international Christian denomination, UFMCC, founded in and reaching beyond the LGBT+ communities.
We are a church full of imperfect people; seeking, questioning and exploring what it means to be a faith community. Some of us get dressed up, some of us have tattoos, some of us can quote the Bible, most of us can’t.
We are a community of people with different opinions, life experiences and backgrounds and there is always room for more.
You matter to God and you matter to us and you are welcome in MCC in Glasgow.
We meet very Sunday, 3pm. We are about to move so we'll be at Shawlands URC, 111 Moss-Side Road, Glasgow, G41 3TP until our last service on the 18th October and from the 25th October we'll be at Pollockshaws Methodist Church, 74 Shawholm Crescent, Glasgow G43 1LH.
What we get up to........
We meet every Sunday for worship and on Thursday's for Bible study. Food is quite a big feature with Sunday Spread giving us an opportunity to get together over a meal after the service on the last Sunday of the month. You might also find us at the theatre, gathering at a demo or heading out to Pride events.

We are moving!
Shawlands URC has been our home for a few years and we have loved being there. Due to the closure of Shawlands URC it is time for us to move to a new home and we are very please to have been offered a home at Pollockshaws Methodist Church.
Last service at Shawlands URC will be the 18th October.
First service at Pollockshaws Methodist will be the 25th October, still at 3pm
